Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Keropok ("Service"), operated by SWH Alpha Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our") at keropok.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use Keropok. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@keropok.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service Description

Keropok is an AI-powered social media management tool. It scans your website to learn your brand voice, generates social media posts using artificial intelligence, and publishes those posts to your connected social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Threads).

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Only connect social media accounts you are authorized to manage.
• Comply with the terms of service of each connected platform (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Threads).
• Review AI-generated content policies and ensure your use of the Service does not violate applicable laws.

5. AI-Generated Content

Posts created by Keropok are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and relevance, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are the publisher of record for all posts published through your connected accounts and bear responsibility for the content that appears under your name.

6. Auto-Publishing Consent

By connecting your social media accounts and enabling auto-publishing, you authorize Keropok to create and publish posts on your behalf without requiring individual approval for each post. You may disable auto-publishing or disconnect accounts at any time from your dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content, including the information you provide and the posts generated for your accounts. We retain ownership of the Keropok platform, its design, code, AI models, and underlying technology. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

8. Payment Terms

Keropok may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods will be communicated when you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWH Alpha Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Content generated or published by the AI on your behalf.
• Actions taken by social media platforms (account restrictions, content removal, etc.) in response to published content.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Service downtime or interruptions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from your dashboard or by emailing support@keropok.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
